Being active has benefited my life in so many ways and I love encouraging others to keep moving! I enjoy teaching classes and training individuals of all ages and fitness levels, but I get the most satisfaction from seeing individuals overcome their fears and self-doubts, and discover the unlimited physical, social and emotional benefits they reap when they stay in motion.  We are all stronger than we think!  When I’m not teaching classes or training, I enjoy spending time with my family, kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, and trying out all of the great restaurants in the Lowcountry!

TRX® Qualified Instructor

Exercise has always been an important part of my everyday life, and it’s also something I truly enjoy.  I began taking Spinning classes with my mom as a way to spend more time together, and we continue to do so now that I’m in college.  My favorite thing to do is lift weights, however Spinning and TRX have also become important parts of my workout routine.  I love the supportive group setting that Spinning provides, and TRX pushes me harder physically than anything else I do.  I have always enjoyed helping people, so I am extremely excited to use something I am passionate about to help others reach their fitness and life goals.

Pilates/SPX - Lagree Fitness and Pilates Proworks

CPR/AED

Jeanine started her career in fitness while living in Los Angeles, where she was able to train with and be inspired by some of the leading trainers in the fitness industry. While there, she first fell in love with Pilates which sparked her passion for teaching and kicked off her career in fitness. Jeanine found herself at some of LA’s finest studios teaching a variety of classes but it wasn’t until her fitness (and comedy) career moved her to Chicago did Jeanine add Spinning to her list of tricks and passions; and from there she was hooked!!! Originally from Philadelphia, her training has taken her all over the map from LA to Chicago, Colombia to Germany and now Charleston. Jeanine believes that working out should never feel like a chore but rather something you enjoy doing for you!  She is also a big believer in strong body, strong mind. With her love of athletics and a love for laughing, Jeanine will motivate you through a high energy, challenging class, pushing you to your limits and beyond, leaving you with a sense of pride when you leave.
